Machine Introduction

The 300°C high-temperature precision mold temperature controller is an advanced equipment specially designed for industrial production. It can accurately control the temperature up to 300°C and provide a stable and reliable temperature environment for various high-temperature processes.

This product adopts advanced temperature control technology and has the characteristics of fast response speed and high temperature control precision. Whether in injection molding, die casting or other high-temperature processing fields, it can exert excellent performance. It can quickly heat up to the set temperature and maintain stability to ensure the efficient progress of the production process.

The 300°C high-temperature precision mold temperature controller is easy to operate, install and maintain. Its sturdy and durable design can adapt to various harsh industrial environments and provide long-term stable guarantee for the production of enterprises.

 

Working Principle:

  • The heating device, such as a heater, converts electrical energy into thermal energy to heat the heat transfer medium, like heat transfer oil.
    Once the set temperature is reached, the built-in circulation pump starts. It transports the heated heat transfer medium to the mold. In the mold, heat exchange takes place, raising the temperature of the mold.
    A temperature sensor continuously monitors the temperature of the heat transfer medium and feeds this data back to the control system.
    When the temperature is low, the heating device continues to operate for heating. If the temperature is high, the cooling system of the mold temperature controller, for example, by using a cooling solenoid valve to control the entry of cooling water into the cooling sleeve, cools the heat transfer medium.
    After completing the heat transfer, the heat transfer medium returns to the heating device through the circulation pump to be reheated. This cycle repeats continuously to ensure that the mold temperature is precisely controlled within the set range, thereby improving product quality and production efficiency.
