Machine Introduction

Working Principle:

• Refrigeration cycle:
  • Compression: The refrigerant vapor in the evaporator is sucked by the screw compressor. The motor energizes it, increasing pressure and sending it to the condenser. Temperature rises at compression end.
  • Condensation: High-pressure, high-temperature refrigerant vapor in the condenser releases heat through cooling water and condenses into liquid. Cooling water's temperature rises.
  • Throttling: High-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant liquid from condenser passes through throttling device, becoming low-pressure, low-temperature liquid and entering evaporator.
  • Evaporation: Low-pressure, low-temperature refrigerant liquid in evaporator absorbs heat from refrigerant medium and evaporates. Refrigerant vapor is sucked back by compressor for continuous cycle.
• Oil circulation: Refrigeration oil in compressor provides lubrication and cooling. Oil separator and high-pressure ejection ensure oil return to prevent compressor oil loss.
