The ZL-20T integrates into HVAC chiller condenser water loops as the heat rejection component:

Loop configuration: Closed-loop chilled water from chiller evaporator to building air handlers, with condenser water pumped from chiller to ZL-20T cooling tower and back. Typical flow 16 m³/h matches the design.

Piping: 50 mm (2") flanged connections at ZL-20T inlet and outlet. Schedule 40 steel or PVC piping typical for condenser water. Pipe sizing should maintain water velocity 1.5-2.5 m/s for optimal heat transfer.

Water treatment: Standard closed-loop HVAC treatment (corrosion inhibitor + biocide) maintains clean condenser water and prevents biological fouling in the ZL-20T fill media.

Control integration: Optional BMS integration enables chiller staging based on ZL-20T leaving water temperature. Typical control setpoint: 32°C leaving water activates additional chillers.

380V 3-Phase Power and Motor Specifications
